We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious, with a lovely, brand new feel. We were impressed by the hotel facilities, including the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby Milano Certosa station. This made it easy for us to navigate the train and Metro system and explore the city. the staff, particularly the service manager at breakfast, were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the great selection of amenities in the room, such as the comfy armchair, luxurious bed, and nice toiletries.

The hotel is conveniently located to reach the city center, with easy access to the EXPO. It is nestled in a maze of streets that are being re-routed, providing a tranquil setting away from the crowds. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean and well-designed bathrooms. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a stunning view from our room on the 4th floor. We loved being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, and parking was not an issue. The hotel is just a 15-minute walk from EXPO, which was convenient. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was massive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable.

We had a lovely stay here! The location was very convenient with easy access to the city center and public transportation, making it easy to explore. The room service was excellent and we really appreciated the attentive bell staff/porter who helped us with our luggage. The in-room amenities were great with everything we needed including a mini-bar and fantastic in-room safe.
Families would love it here - this place is absolutely perfect for families with children.

Newly built establishment, friendly staff, affordable and quality breakfast, no Russian TV, fewer Russian guests. Clean rooms, spacious and comfortable with good showers. Nice location, though a bit far from the center, suitable for business travelers.

The hotel offered a gym and a mini fridge in the room, convenient amenities. the staff were nice and helpful.
The hotel was located far from the city, with no nearby shops or restaurants. The neighborhood itself was not pleasant either.
